With a background in the consumer products manufacturing and non-profit sectors, Beth brings a fresh perspective to her role at Moore Staffing. Excited to develop new marketing initiatives and continue the company’s growth and expansion while supporting the core values of Expertise, Compassion, Sincerity and Community, Beth recently accepted the role of Business Development Manager. Beth’s focus is a continued emphasis on small business development and relationship building, continuing to build upon the client and candidate loyalty Moore Staffing has earned over the last 40 years. Beth and her team embrace the challenge of creating new business opportunities for the company through innovative communication strategies and consistent, exceptional service delivery.

Gaining her undergrad from Hofstra Univeristy and Masters from Merrimack College, she has persued a career in Marketing gaining traction in e-commerce and online communications inlcuding Social Media Management and Website Development. From branding, blogging, social media, content creation and more, she will use her expertise to increase communication to hiring companies, job seekers and all those interested in learning about how Moore Staffing can help them.

Peter Maccaro is a native of Revere, MA and BS & MBA graduate of Suffolk University. Prior to joining Moore Staffing, Peter enjoyed 45 years in the business and financial management of several high technology manufacturing companies. Peter recalls fondly his early days with a firm that developed the first hand held calculator, working as a finance manager for Raytheon Missile Systems, and joining a start-up digital communications company in the mid-1970’s that grew into a hundred-million-dollar division of General Signal. Peter met Mike Moore first as a staffing professional who placed Peter in several roles and then as a customer who partnered with Moore Staffing Services to fill both temporary and permanent roles in his finance organization. It was after his first “retirement” that Mike called up Peter from the bench to assume his current role of Accounting Manager! Peter enjoys the camaraderie of the staff and knowing he is part of a team that works hard every day to help people find meaningful employment. Peter’s story is one of risk taking and reward on the career track and an excellent example of finding a fulfilling second act!

Josiah Morrow ~ Business Development Intern

Josiah Morrow is a recent high school graduate who will be continuing his studies at Merrimack College as a political science major. Josiah recently joined Moore Staffing as our Database Specialist Assistant. His natural inquisitive nature and talent for utilizing social media tools are great assets in this role! Josiah is responsible for ensuring database integrity and expansion and supporting the Business Development team. In addition to his work for Moore Staffing, Josiah displays a firm commitment to the company’s Community core value through his service in Haverhill, MA as a Downtown Parking Commissioner, with the non-profit Aspberger Works as a Board of Director, the League of Women Voters of Greater Haverhill where he serves as Secretary and in founding and managing Today in Haverhill, a multi-media platform covering positive news in the city of Haverhill.
