Moore’s search process is an outcome driven focus. After an agreement is executed, Mike will meet with your company’s management team to review your organization’s structure, objectives and key performance indicators and establish how the new hire’s success will be measured. The Moore team will utilize this information and tap into their long standing business relationships and databases to source candidates who have the tactical and leadership vision, knowledge base, cultural fit and passion for what your company does and where it wants to go.
Moore conducts executive searches with extreme confidentiality and discretion. We communicate with candidates without revealing sensitive and confidential client information. Depending upon the circumstances of a client engagement, we often do not reveal the name of the hiring firm to a candidate until we receive client authorization to proceed to the next level. Non disclosure language is included in Moore’s retained search agreement.
Moore conducts behavioral and cognitive testing of candidates and provides a summary of the results to our clients. This testing measures a candidate’s ability to adapt and lead in change, interpersonal effectiveness, performance orientation, ability to influence others, drive and applied reasoning. Tests can be customized to fit the needs of any client’s specific hiring requirements.
Retained search fees are 30% of the annual salary with one third due at agreement, one third due at 45 days and one third due upon fill. Guarantee terms are established collaboratively with our client for each engagement.
