Prior to starting your assignment and receiving your first paycheck, you must come in to Moore’s office to complete the required employment forms and review the payroll procedure so that you can receive your paycheck without delay. Two forms of identification are required (typically a driver’s license and social security card), so be sure to bring those with you.

Employee Self Service Portal

Sign up to access your current and historical pay stubs and W-2 forms directly online – an easy solution for increased data security of your payroll information and saves on paper and postage expenses.

  • It’s fast. Electronic W-2s will be available up to 2 weeks earlier than the standard hard copies, which will be mailed no later than Jan. 31st each year.
  • It’s safe. Only you can access your electronic W-2 and pay stubs – no need to worry about your information getting lost in the mail.
  • It’s easy. It only takes a few minutes to sign up online.
  • It’s convenient. With 24×7 access from any computer, you can obtain current or historical pay data when it’s most convenient for you. If you lose your W-2, a copy is just a click away! With so many financial institutions requesting these important documents, it is essential that you are able to conveniently access them when you need them.

After you start your assignment, please email charlotte@moorestaffing.com for instructions on setting up your payroll account. You should email your weekly time slips and any payroll questions to the same email address.

Be sure to set up direct deposit* if you have not already done so to avoid the hassle of check cashing and lost checks. You will get immediate access to your pay in your savings or checking account on Thursday without the wait of check clearing.

*If you choose not to have direct deposit and would rather receive your paycheck by mail, you will still need to set up your Employee Self Service Portal Account. Please note that Moore Staffing has no control over a check that gets lost in the mail. A lost check will be replaced only after 10 business days. If a replacement is requested prior to 10 business days, you will be responsible for the $30 stop payment fee.

Updating your personal information on the portal

The Employee Self Service portal allows employees to update address and contact information. It also allows employees to enter important medical information that may be necessary in case of emergency.
