1. Free Computer Testing & Training
Take advantage of our free online, self-paced training and testing for candidates. This is an excellent way to improve your computer skills from the comfort of your own home or at our office! Great computer skills makes you more appealing to hiring companies, as a report released by Burning Glass Technologies revealed nearly 70% of middle-skill jobs require proficiency in programs such as MS Word and Excel. Read more about their study here. To learn more about available programs or to request testing or training, contact your recruiter or email Jeni at email@example.com.
2. Connect with Us
We are very active on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Follow us for job alerts, hiring and industry news, upcoming events, contests and more! Click on the icons in the upper right-hand corner to get connected.
3. Check Our Job Board Daily
We are very busy with new job orders coming in daily. Be sure to keep an eye on our job board as it is constantly being updated with great new opportunities! You can apply for positions through our job board listings or by contacting the appropriate recruiter directly.
4. Check in with Your Recruiter Weekly
While our job board is a great resource, not all openings get posted. When a job order comes, our recruiters work quickly to identify qualified candidates. By checking in weekly, you stay top of mind with recruiters and are among the first to be called as new opportunities become available.
5. Attend a Resume Workshop
According to job search expert Amanda Augustine, recruiters spend an average of 6 seconds looking at a resume. Not sure if yours would pass the test? Attend one of our free resume workshops and work one on one with a recruiter to make sure your resume gets noticed! For more information or to sign up for our next workshop on Tuesday, August 11th, email Stephanie at firstname.lastname@example.org. To learn more from Amanda Augustine, click here.
